At NothingProjector, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cinematic experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the projector in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials to ensure safe transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
